Application scenario:
Ordinary cranes generally use cast iron, cast steel and rolled 3 types.
Port cranes generally use rolled pulley, forged pulley and nylon pulley.
Marine pulleys generally have multiple rolling pulleys and casting pulleys.
All-terrain cranes generally use rolling pulleys and nylon pulleys
Cast steel pulley is usually made of ZG25Ⅱ, ZG35Ⅱ steel, because of its high strength, wear resistance and durability is widely used in various industries and fields, the more common are:
1. Lifting machinery: various cranes and windlass are used to lift and move heavy objects;
2. Port and terminal equipment: loading and unloading cargo, lifting and moving containers, etc;
3. Mining equipment: mine elevator, pulley for carrying and guiding wire rope; Mining winches are used to lift and transport ore.
