(2) The wear of the dangerous section exceeds 10% of the original size and should be scrapped;

(3) Plastic deformation occurs in dangerous sections and hook necks and should be scrapped;

(4) The opening is increased by 15% compared to the original size and should be scrapped;

(5) The torsional deformation of the hook tip exceeds 10. Should be scrapped.

What is the scrap standard for pulleys?

1) The wall thickness wear of the pulley rope groove reaches 20% of the original thickness;

2) The radial wear at the bottom of the pulley rope groove exceeds 50% of the wire rope diameter or the uneven wear exceeds 3mm;

3) Serious cracks were found in the cast iron pulley;

4) The pulley rim is seriously damaged.

What are the scrap standards for wheels?

(1) There are cracks.

(2) The thickness of the rim is worn up to 50% of the original thickness.

(3) The thickness of the tread is worn up to 15% of the original thickness.

(4) When the running speed is lower than 50m/min, the line profile reaches 1mm; or when the running speed is higher than 50m/min, the line profile reaches 0.5mm.

(5) Pockmarks appear on the tread. When the wheel diameter is less than 500mm, the pit diameter is greater than 1mm; or when the wheel diameter is greater than 500mm, the pit diameter is greater than 1.5mm, and the depth is greater than 3mm, and the number is more than 5.

What are the scrap standards for forged hooks used in cranes?

(1) If there are cracks or breaks on the surface of the hook, if any cracks or breaks are found, they should be replaced immediately, and repair welding is not allowed.

(2) When the height wear of the working section of the hook (at the lanyard) reaches 10% of the original height, it should be scrapped.

(3) When the hook mouth, hook neck and dangerous section of the hook are permanently deformed, they should be scrapped; the hook mouth opening exceeding 15% of the original size should be scrapped.

(4) If the hook tail and thread transition section have knife marks or cracks, they should be scrapped.

What is the scrap standard for brake wheels?

(1) There are cracks;

(2) The wheel surface is uneven up to 1mm or the wheel surface friction damage depth is up to 2mm;

(3) The hoisting mechanism brake wheel rim wear reaches 40% of the original thickness.

(4) The brake wheel of the operating mechanism is worn up to 50% of its original thickness.

To what extent should the reducer gear be scrapped?

(1) Broken teeth and cracks;

(2) When the gear wear on the first shaft of the lifting mechanism reducer reaches 5% of the original thickness, when the gear wear on the remaining axes reaches 20% of the original tooth thickness, when the gear on the first shaft of the operating mechanism reducer reaches 10%, and when the gear on the remaining axes reaches 30-40%;

(3) The pitting area of the tooth surface should not exceed 60% of the tooth height and width.

Scraping of wire rope drum?

(1) Cracks.

(2) The drum wall wear exceeds 20% of the original wall thickness.

What is the scrap standard for brake wheels?

(1) There are cracks;

(2) The wheel surface is uneven up to 1mm or the wheel surface friction damage depth is up to 2mm;

Crane main beam scrap standards:

After many overhauls of the crane, the main beam deflected twice and then severely deflected or cracked multiple times after being repaired, which marked the end of its safe service life. After being appraised by the competent department and safety technology department, you can apply for vehicle scrapping and renewal. The deflection deformation and cracks in the main beam of a qualified bridge crane that is designed and manufactured are fatigue damage, which is a linear cumulative damage gradually formed due to local cyclic slippage and yielding of the material structure under the action of alternating stress. Therefore, repeated severe deflection or multiple cracks will mark the end of the safe service life of the main beam.

In general, the most heavy clamp crane, grab crane, electromagnetic crane, etc., the safe service life is about 20 years; Loading crane, rake crane, etc., about 25 years; Forging crane, casting crane in more than 30 years, general bridge crane for 40-50 years. The actual service life depends on the specific use conditions, which may be long or short.
