Maintenance of Tips for Crane Wheels
The wheel is a device used to support the load of the crane and make the crane and make the crane reciprocate on the track. The main forms of damage to crane wheels are abrasion, hardened layer crushing and pitting. The material of the crane wheel is generally ZG430-640 cast steel. In order to improve the wear resistance and life of the crane wheel surface, the tread surface should be subjected to surface heat treatment, the surface hardness is required to be HB300-350, and the quenching depth is not less than 20mm.
The horizontal skew value of the crane wheel is an important technical parameter of the crane, the deviation value will cause the gnawing rail, increase the running resistance, produce vibration and noise, aggravate the track and wheel wear, greatly reduce the service life of the crane wheel, so all kinds of crane manufacturing technical conditions to the wheel horizontal skew specified allowable number.
In the application, the horizontal deflection value of the crane wheel of the control operating mechanism is mainly to take corresponding technical measures according to different product structures, the design structure that is more commonly used and has relatively simple technological measures is: assemble the crane wheels to the bracket yo form a wheel group, and install and adjust the horizontal deflection of the crane wheels on the main structure of the crane to fix them properly.
Crane wheel repair:
1. Crane wheel tread wear:
When the tread wear of the crane wheel exceeds 15% of the original thickness, it should be replaced with a new none. If it does not exceed this number, it can be re-machines and repaired by heat treatment. The diameter of the crane wheel should be within the tolerance range, the surface quenching hardness is HB300-500, and the thickness of the quenched layer for crane wheels with a diameter greater than φ400mm should be greater than 20mm; when the diameter is less than φ400mm, the thickness of the quenched layer should not be less than 15mm.
2. Diameter deviation of two mutually matching crane wheels:
The diameter deviation of the driving wheel should not exceed 0.1% of the nominal diameter, and the driven wheel should not exceed 0.2%. The diameter deviation of the electric hoist wheel should not exceed 1% of the nominal diameter, and the driven wheel should not exceed 0.2%. The diameter of the electric hoist wheel, and the deviation should not exceed 1% of the nominal diameter;
3. Wear, breakage and deformation of the rim:
The rim wear amount reaches 50% of the original thickness or the broken area exceeds 30mm, and the rim thickness bending deformation reaches 20% of the original thickness, and it should be scrapped.
4. Crane wheel cracks:
Crane wheels should be discarded if cracks are found.
5.Tread ovality:
Crane wheel tread ovality of 1mm should be scrapped.
When the crane wheel is inappropriate or needs maintenance, it can be repaired according to the above methods and skills, so that it is more convenient to solve the problem of the crane wheel.
