Intelligent stereoscopic warehouse construction can be divided into the following stages:


1. Planning and designing phase

The planning and design stage should consider the current and future business structure and development increment for a period of tie, that is, the business saturation should be left. Because the stereoscopic warehouse is always active, it is a non-static system, and the service cycle is long, the equipment selection and material selection must have a certain safety factor, and the safety factor is used to achieve the compensation of material defects and simplification.

The layout design should comprehensively consider the comprehensive conditions of fire protection, security, warehouse and the future flow of goods, the layout diagram should be verified on the spot, and the layout and simulation of cable bridge, pipe and pipeline should be combined with BIM technology. Now the enterprise pays more attention to the business in the scheme stage, and pays less attention to some auxiliary equipment. It is easy to cause various interference in the installation process and affect the quality of project delivery.


2. Infrastructure phase


(1) Basic requirements for the site before installation

The bearing foundation, frame, embedded parts and reserved holes of the site have been completed according to the design. Fire access and fire safety facilities, handling and starting equipment access, operation and cargo tally area, building structure, operation lifting point, according to the site environmental temperature, water and electricity and lighting design and construction completed.


(2) Preparation of organizational measures before installation

Prepare a sound construction plan, including the preparation of  construction drawings, acceptance specifications(including installation engineering technical requirements, construction procedures, construction tools required and debugging methods and steps).

Prepare the safety management plan, and prepare the project with the emergency events during the implementation of the installation. In particular, the risk identification and management of such special operations as climbing, lifting, welding, etc. Security disclosure and technical disclosure of important implementations.

According to the construction requirements, set up a team that meets the construction management standards, and conduct targeted trained for relevant personnel. The training should include all kinds of drawings, installation instructions, structural characteristics, etc.


(3) Installation and implementation work

Determine the installation base, determine the base of the stereoscopic warehouse according to the design requirements, and line, measure and form a network base on the site of the construction drawing; At the same time, check the embedded parts and pre-drilling according to the area, and install and form inspection records after passing the inspection;

The installation accuracy of the conveying equipment should meet the relevant technical requirements, and the assembly parts, mainly including connecting bolts, keys, shafts, bearings, transmission belts, chain gears, seals, starting parts, hydraulic parts should meet the assembly process requirements;

Electrical installation, to check the nameplate of electrical components, specifications should meet the design requirements; Software system deployment, including WCCS, WMS and electrical systems and peripherals connection test, WMS and enterprise ERP system connection test.


3. Device debugging phase

Equipment debugging should follow the principle of first partial and then whole.

Before commissioning, all equipment and electrical installation is completed, and construction records and materials are complete; Fill lubricating oil, all moving parts are good;

Clean the equipment, clean the site, and have a working surface; The required energy, equipment, appliances and other links meet the debugging requirements.

Single-machine commissioning: Check the grounding, insulation, and power voltage protection devices of the device and verify that they meet the design requirements.

On-line debugging, advanced subsystem debugging, through the input of operation instructions, test the operation of each subsystem, and adjust the positioning accuracy and smooth transmission, to ensure that there is no vibration and blockage; The whole machine is under the control of WMS and WCS, with a computer to order instructions, control the operation of the equipment, and test whether the scheduling situation and work efficiency meet the design requirements.


4. Trial operation phase

In the trial operation stage, the geometric accuracy of the shelves, conveyors, stackers and other equipment should be reviewed, and the connecting parts should be locked to ensure the accurate action of the linkage and chain mechanism; Under the scheduling of WMS and WCS, the functions of information collection, transmission, processing, execution and display in the stereoscopic warehouse are run in large quantities and in various operation modes according to the flow, and the problems are found and revised in time. Adjust the mechanical equipment, improve the control of the electrical system, complete the relevant training documents and debugging documents, and train the operators.

After the trial operation, acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with relevant standards and contracts. Project acceptance is completed before it can be put into use. Under normal circumstances, the following information shall be submitted for project acceptance:

Equipment factory certificate, test record, installation manual and maintenance manual; Layout drawings, construction drawings, as-built drawings; Documentation of design modifications; Various important records in the installation process; Spare parts list; Other relevant information;
